Responsible for employer branding and
visual consistency across social media platforms
Project Summary
For GDA Karriere, the recruiting division of the GDA senior living organization, I developed visual content for social media and digital channels including Instagram, Facebook, Xing, and newsletters. The goal was to present GDA as a modern and attractive employer for healthcare professionals. Working within the corporate design, I created and optimized visuals, sourced appropriate imagery, and ensured brand coherence across all platforms. Originally brought on board as an SEO partner, our agency later became GDA’s full-service provider for digital communication and development—helping shape future-ready digital solutions tailored to the company’s needs
Client
GDA is a subsidiary of the German Paritätischer Welfare Association, offering premium senior living solutions in Germany. GDA’s mission is to enable elderly people to live self-determined lives within a supportive community.

What I Learned
I deepened my understanding of large-scale corporate design systems and learned to adapt flexibly to predefined brand guidelines while improving visual harmony. This experience strengthened both my eye for detail and my strategic design thinking in employer branding contexts.
