My name is Galia Padilla. I am a designer and conceptual thinker driven by the question of how ideas can shape perception.

My work explores the space between strategy and visual storytelling — translating complex, often sensitive topics into clear and compelling visual systems.

Rather than focusing purely on aesthetics, I approach design as a way to structure meaning. Through my background in illustration and communication design, I am able to develop ideas conceptually and bring them into a tangible, visual form.

I am particularly drawn to projects that operate within cultural or societal contexts — where design has the potential to challenge perspectives and create new ways of understanding.
